This is with any browser I have used (Chrome, Firefox and Edge) to try to connect with Google photos, gmail, Google Docs etc. I used to be able to connect to them, but since October 2016 I have not been able to. I can however connect via my home wifi on my Android phone and my Windows 10 laptop

I know how to add an account to my device and I've already done that. However, when I access my Google account on my computer, that device doesn't appear in the list of My Devices. If I look at the section for my recently used devices, the new device does appear but it doesn't appear anywhere else so I can't install apps to it from the computer.
