Jul 13, 2012 · Just got myself a Wireless-N WiFi repeater. I live in a long bungalow and my router doesn't send a very strong signal so I have a few black spots. First stage of the setup guide tells me to change the settings of the ip address assigned to the repeater. It asks me to enter 3 things, (apologies I'm not beside it now so this is from memory).
Make sure that the Wi-Fi Repeater is not too far away from your Router, as the Signal may otherwise be too weak. Also interfering devices such as microwaves or speakers impede the Signal.
